As of April 1, 2026, the innovation center CITAH has evolved into the further developed CITAH+. This continues and expands the work of the past three years:
CITAH was part of the European network of so-called European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH), which support companies and public institutions in digital transformation. Following the completion of the initial phase, the center has been selected for another three-year period.
With CITAH+, the approach is being expanded. In addition to its previous focus on agriculture and healthcare, the offering is now increasingly aimed at companies across a wider range of industries and regions. At the same time, the use of artificial intelligence is becoming a stronger focus.
CITAH+ supports companies and public institutions in testing and implementing digital technologies—from consulting and testing opportunities to networking and exchange formats. The services are fully free of charge for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as mid-caps.
